This Application collects some Personal Data from its Users.
This document can be printed for reference by using the print command in the settings of any browser.
Personal information
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide the service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we're collecting it and how it will be used.
GDPR
If you are an EU resident then you have the right at any time to request all the personal information we have for you as dictated by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under the same regulation, we will also delete any or all of this information at your request.
If you are not an EU resident then we will still provide this information to you if you ask for it, because we believe you should have these rights regardless of where in the world you live.
In addition, you can ask us to delete your account, which results in your data being automatically removed irreversibly from our system and your browser.

We are storing the following information of users

| 📱 Device tokens | Mobile phone tokens are used for sending push notifications. Saved only if the user accepts receiving push notifications on the mobile app. |

Stored for each Transaction added by a user:

Stored for each bank account connected:

Third parties
We don't share any user data publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law. To date, this has never been requested and we can't imagine why it would be.
We do use a few third-party scripts with whom we share non-personal data for the following purposes:
On https://budg.co:
- Page view analytics (Simple Analytics)
- Error handling (Sentry)
On Budg mobile application:
- Customer platform data (Segment)
- Banking connection (Tink)
We also do use other third parties that require some personal data:
- Mailing (SendGrid) sharing current user email address
- Customer feedback (Feedback Fish) sharing current user email address
We have ensured that the respective privacy policies of these companies align with our own values.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
Terms and Conditions
Financial responsibility
Budg is a service that seeks to aid you in your financial choices. The provider does not take any responsibility for your finance, you are ultimately responsible for your money yourself. Based on your user content (particularly synchronized bank account data) Budg may provide you with personalized financial advice or commercial offers (ads). You hereby acknowledge and agree that such financial advice or commercial offers do not constitute professional financial, tax, accounting, or any other professional advice and the provider makes no representations or warranties of any kind related thereto. In no event shall Provider be liable for any damages caused to you or a third person arising out of your use of such financial advice or commercial offers.
Budg Premium
This section only applies when you purchase and/or subscribe to Budg Premium or other paid products. By paying the subscription fee you get access to Budg Premium during the time your subscription is valid, subject to these Terms. All subscriptions with Budg Premium are paid in advance. You may at any time terminate your membership, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for. If you have subscribed to Budg Premium through the use of App Store, Google Play Store, Amazon App Store, or any other such service provider, using in-app purchases, you can only cancel your subscription through the use of their services. Budg reserves the right to change the subscription fees from time to time. You hereby consent to start using the Services immediately upon subscribing with Budg Premium or other paid products. This means that you will only have 14 days to withdraw from the contract with Budg from the date you receive confirmation of your subscription via email if you do not start using the Services during that period. All payments handled by Apple, such as in-app purchases, can only be refunded by Apple and with Apple’s consent.
